Initial response times: Issues received through telephone, Web, e-mail, or fax will receive an initial response within four hours during normal business hours.
Remote diagnosis: The S & I (China) consultant assigned to the issue will assess each situation to determine those issues where remote diagnosis would benefit you.
Software update: We will apply the software update packages according to clients’ specific version & system configuration.
