S & I China was formerly known as “J. D. Edwards (China) Software System Co., Ltd”. The company was founded in 1995, and started out as a direct J.D. Edwards subsidiary based in Shanghai, China. In May 2000, the company was bought over by S&I Group and it became a wholly owned subsidiary of S&I Technologies (Asia) Pte Ltd. The company has changed its name to S&I Technologies (China) Co. Ltd. in August, year 2003. S&I Technologies (China) now has over 100 customer bases in China. It has the largest JD Edwards implementation team in China. It has proven track records on JD Edwards implementation services since more than 10 years ago across wide spectrum of industries.
